Blocking cellular spam

For those of us receiving annoying spam on our cellular phones, here's some ways to reduce it. Spam on your cellphone can be offensive for a couple of reasons:

1. It costs you to receive it (typically), not the sender.
2. It smells on a hot day and makes the keyboard sticky.
